Hi!

Welcome to my site. I write interesting, and different things on my website every week.

Why the Earth is how It Is

There were once creatures of fire who were called Firelings who made fire happen. They were evil creatures who caused havoc everywhere they went. Their eyes were as black as pitch, and their body was as red as fire. They were as short as 1 foot, but don’t be misled. They were as deadly as a box jellyfish. When they got angry, fire would leap out of them. One day they made a strange thing they called a volcano. The volcanoes had a red substance which could burn through almost anything. The Firelings said it was called lava, and the volcanoes would blast it and every day they would add more and more things to the lava which would make it more deadly. The animals Fox, Chipmunk, Mouse, Elephant, Lion, and the Bald Eagle decided to stop them. But you see at that time there were already a lot of issues. The sky was very low and was white at day and black at night. All the land was connected so, animals lived on one side of the earth where all the water was. The firelings however lived on the side which didn't have water as they didn't need water. The animals walked and flew to the other side. Every day they would stop at one place and dig a well to drink water from. The Elephant tried using his trunk to blow them away but they threw blue paint in his trunk. The Elephant blew hard and the paint went flying up so high and so fast it pushed up the sky out of reach and made the sky turn blue. Up to this day the sky is blue and out of reach.

This made it easier for the creatures of fire as their lava would go higher and possibly farther as the sky was so high. Suddenly the  Bald Eagle came flying out of nowhere toward the leader of the creatures of fire. He ducked but the eagle dropped the chipmunk on him. The leader of the fire creatures started to throw fire at the chipmunk and the chipmunk ran but the fire left black burn marks on his back, and yet to this day, the chipmunk as black marks on it’s back. The leader of the Firelings angry at what the Bald Eagle did, said,” A third of my Firelings go into trees and if the Bald Eagle ever comes, then attack him !”. ⅓ of his Firelings ran away, probably never to be seen again. He continued,”And now firelings atta-”. The Lion attacked him while he was speaking, and the firelings attacked them back. In midst of the fighting, the Fox told all the other animals to follow him. They ran, the Mouse and Chipmunk on top of the Bald Eagle who was flying and the other animals running on foot.5 Firelings carried their leader as he was still hurt from the Lion’s attack. Finally, the Fox stopped. The Fox had led them to the side of the earth where there was only water! The Lion said to the Fox,”You have brought us here but how will we use the water !”.The Fox replied,”Look around. There are elephants all around us drinking water. We will tell them to suck water into their trunks, and then blow it at the firelings. The Firelings that way will ”The elephants blew with all their might, and other animals there helped attack the Firelings. And together they defeated them.

But they still had to defeat the Firelings, which had been sent away into the trees. They needed to gather them at one spot as they were all in different locations. They thought up of plans quickly, but the Fox always found some error in their plan. The Mouse suggested making a big volcano. The Fox said,’’We don’t know how to make lava or a volcano. It continued like that for a long time until the Bald Eagle suggested to drop water from a huge box which would have a hole in it so water would come out. All the other flying animals would help them he assured them. Sure enough, they agreed to help them. The animals helped make them a big box, and they dropped it in the water and brought it back up so it would be full of water. They flew around the earth and the Firelings ran out of the trees and went into their volcanoes and blasted them. However, they did not know how powerful the lava would be. It had been so powerful it burned them to ashes and the volcano’s lava was so strong it made gaps in the Earth and separated earth into seven parts which are now known as the continents.T hen the water rushed through them creating lakes, rivers, and oceans. The animals were separated and that is why now you cannot find all types of animals in one place. Over, the time the volcanoes lava power to burn through things got lower as the Firelings were no longer alive, and now lava cannot melt the Earth. The other animals honored the Fox, Chipmunk, Mouse, Elephant, Lion, and the Bald Eagle, and celebrated the animals victory. The Bald Eagle always nested in tall trees even though the Firelings had been defeated, as it didn’t want to take risks. After that no one ever dared to mess with the animals, and no problem ever came upon them again.
